«NBBJ» are the authors of the «SAMARA-CENTER» section master plan. Due to having residential construction experts and medial and educational building experts among the founders of the workshop, the project got its integrated and multidisciplinary approach from the start. The architects of this workshop have huge experience in making modern original multifunctional complexes in the world’s biggest cities. «NBBJ» has been working in Russia since 2001 and by the present moment the company’s experts have designed office-, trade- and multifunctional buildings with total area of above a million square meters.

The Workshop of Architecture and Planning «Rekon» is the author of the land planning project and land subdivision project for «SAMARA-CENTER». The Workshop of Architecture and Planning “Rekon” was founded in Samara in 1946. It occupies itself with all types of engineering paperwork in the sphere of construction. Within the last 15 years the Workshop developed more than 20 building projects. In 2004-2008 the Workshop management participated in working out the General Plan of Samara.

«J.C. Williams Group» developed the conception of economical and geographical viability for «SAMARA-CENTER» project. «J.C. Williams Group» is the world leader among consultants of real estate and retailing. The company was founded in 1974 by John Williams – a recognized guru of real estate in North America, author of many books and manuals for International Council of Trade Centers (ICTC), teacher at University of ICTC. The «J.C. Williams Group» portfolio includes such significant projects and clients as the world’s largest mall - the “Dubai Mall”, the world’s biggest retail company - “Walmart”, retail master plans for the cities like Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston, Huston, Toronto. «IRBIS» is «SAMARA-CENTER» project technical consultant. “IRBIS” is a construction company that was founded in 1993 in St.Petersburg. Within 17 years of its existence more than 100 construction projects of social, industrial, and residential purposes were implemented with the company’s involvement. «IRBIS» can boast the success of projects done in St.Petersburg, Ust-Lug, Veliky Novgorod, Samara, Rostov-on-Don, in Tumen region, Moscow region, Krasnodarsky region and other regions of Russia.

«BDP» iis the author of the master plan for «SAMARA-CENTER» project in 2013. “BDP” is the largest European architectural company. It was founded in 1941 by George Grenfell Baines in Preston (UK) under the name «Grenfell-Baines Group». In 1961 it got its current name «Building Design Partnership». «BDP» is engaged in urban planning and development, traffic mapping, landscape architecture, interiors, engineering and graphical design, acoustics and environmental efficiency. The «BDP» employees are more than 1200 in number, working in 11 branch offices in theUK and Ireland, as well as in France, where «BDP» works in partnership with «Groupe 6» bureau. «BDP» implements projects in Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Iceland, Lebanon, Australia and Singapore. In 2009 the company was nominated for Sterling Prize for the project of “Liverpool One” layout – transformation of 17 hectares of neglected historic site in the center of Liverpool into a modern place for work and recreation of residents.

«WSP» is the author of engineering and highway conception for «SAMARA-CENTER» project . “WSP” is a company dedicating itself to engineering and management consulting in the sphere of real estate, traffic networks and infrastructure development, industry and environmental protection. «WSP» works with clients all over the globe. «WSP» was founded in the UK in 1970-s. Since 1987 the company's capital stock has been quoted on London stock exchange market. There are more than 9000 employees in «WSP».
